This is your exclusive remedy. The headphones, cables, auxiliary patch cords, transducers, and transducer cords, rechargeable battery and battery charger are guaranteed 90 days from date of purchase. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages or limitations on how long an Implied Warranty lasts so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

If failure occurs and your product is in warranty, return it prepaid and insured by USPS Mail, or other reliable carrier to the
address indicated on Invoice. The product will be repaired or replaced if examination by Audex® determines it to be defective. Product received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, description of defect and proof of purchase showing purchase date and from whom it was purchased. If the product is judged defective and in warranty as defined above, it will be repaired or replaced. Return postage will be paid by Audex® within the first 90 days after purchase. After the 90 days, you will be required to pay return shipping fees. Should the defect not be covered by the warranty you will be notified concerning estimated charges before any repairs are performed.
